1. What is the time period for return of orders

We have product specific return policy. The return window ranges from 0-7 days from the date of delivery. The information regarding the return policy can be found on the product page. Please check the return policy before placing any order.

All healthcare products have specific return and replacement policy. The return/replacement window ranges from 0-10 days from the date of delivery. The information regarding the return policy can be found on the product page. Please check the return policy before placing any order.

2. Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
If the product has been tampered with;
If the product packaging and/or packaging box and/or packaging seal has been tampered with. The user is strongly advised to check the package carefully at the time of acceptance of products by the user from the user’s delivery agent and it is emphasized that the user should not accept the order if the package appears to be tampered;
If the product is damaged due to misuse;

Easymeds Mini Subscription plan is designed for Mondal hub, each mondal has one delivery hub, all the orders are processed at central warehouse and will reach the mondal hub. you or nominee should handover the product to Easymeds mini subscribers from villages. You will get commission on each order. For this delivery hub, you need to deposit the amount as security. you can cancel the subscription at any time by submitting the cancellation request through mail to business.easymeds@gmail.com. You should finish the notice period of months, after that you will get 80% of paid subscription amount.

We provide medicines, cosmetics, hair care products, Over the counter medicines,
healthcare products, medical devices and physical supports.

Each product contains certain Loyalty points, you can find in the description of the product.
If any product referred by you or by team member you will get referral points.

There are two persons under each person.
it means each person contain 2 members team if he has 1 level team.
if the levels are 2, in this case he has 4 members team. It means team will increase exponentially with number levels under him.
You will get team bonus, if the business done by your team.

You can withdraw the money for times in a month.
Withdrawal cycles are
1) 11th to 25th of every month. Pay out date for the above cycle is 1st of the next upcoming month.
2) 26th to 10th of every month. Pay out date for the above cycle is 15th of the current month.

Every month you are going to receive the pay outs twice i.e. 1st and 15th of the every month.
